Abstract:	Specifies the technical framework to support both EBAE braille and UEB braille during the transition from EBAE to UEB. Includes definitions of the braille code types, the associated ISAAP Codes and the corresponding augmentation of assessment items in SmarterApp Assessment Item Format.

As of Fall 2018 the Smarter Balanced Test Delivery System (TDS) is no longer supported.
