Abstract:	Defines the encoding of an Individual Student Assessment Accessibility Profile (ISAAP) including the specific codes used to designate each accessibility feature that should be made available to a student. Also codes for indicating the delivery of each feature during a test event.

As of Fall 2018 the Smarter Balanced Test Delivery System (TDS) is no longer supported.
